Two things have changed to enable CSSA to continue simplifying the invoice processes for stewards:

  1. MMSM is adjusting its billing cycle to begin January 1 to align with MMBC and MMSW.
  1. Beginning in 2017, MMBC, MMSW and MMSM stewards’ will receive all their invoices in early January.
    • If you usually receive one annual invoice, you will continue to receive this in early January.
    • If you usually receive quarterly invoices throughout the year, you will now receive all four at the beginning of the year; each invoice will still have its respective quarterly due date.

As mentioned at the 2016 Annual Steward Meeting, Stewardship Ontario will continue its April 1 quarterly billing cycle for 2017, pending the anticipated harmonization with the other programs.

Billing options for annual and quarterly invoices can be selected on the WeRecycle Portal.
